Body & Soul® Ministries provides a turnkey “faith and fitness” curriculum for churches wishing to promote spiritual and physical fitness for their membership and surrounding communities. Based on over four decades of partnering with churches who have hosted live Body & Soul® classes, the Church Fitness Curriculum has a proven record of building community and relationships as well as reaching out to surrounding church neighborhoods. The curriculum includes:

  • One year of access to Body & Soul® FitTV™. This is a digital on demand resource with hundreds of faith-filled workouts. There are six different programs to meet every fitness level.
  • Devotional material directly related to the contemporary Christian music used in the workouts: a 3-6 minutevideo devotional for each song and a written devotional guide.
  • Access to other faith and fitness resources – live streamed workouts, challenges such as “January Jumpstart”, “Planksgiving” or “The 12 Days of Christmas,” to name a few, plus bonus spiritual materials such as The Advent Guide.
  • Access to a live Body &Soul® representative as well as technical help.
